Chicago Irish Film Festival is an Illinois not for profit corporation, which will apply to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition of its status as a “public charity” which is eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) and which is exempt from Federal income taxation under Code Section 501(c)(3).
